Just like an airline kiosk, you can now check in from the comfort of your home the night before your appointment. With a streamlined process that takes less than 2 minutes, you can check in from anywhere, saving time and avoiding any hassle. On the day of your appointment, simply drop your keys at our self-service kiosk in the Service Department, and you’re all set.

Say goodbye to long waits. Use our self-service kiosks to check in, park your Renault vehicle, and drop off your keys, bypassing peak service drop-off and pick-up times.

 1. Convenient Home Check-In the Night Before

The night before your service appointment, you'll receive an SMS from Castle Hill Renault Service Centre, offering the option to 'check in from home.'

Follow the provided link to start the check-in process. Answer a few simple questions, including your preferred contact method and service details. After reviewing and signing, your check-in is complete, and you’re ready to drop off your Renault vehicle.

 2. Effortless Drop-Off

When you arrive at Castle Hill Renault, park your vehicle in the designated numbered bays, and follow the signs to our Self-Service Kiosks.

At the kiosk, select the 'check-in' option, and provide your details, such as your mobile number or registration. Enter your parking bay number, and drop your keys into the automatic locker. It’s a smooth and straightforward process.

You'll receive a confirmation SMS acknowledging the check-in of your Renault vehicle, and our team will proceed with your scheduled service.

 3. Hassle-Free Check-Out

We’ll notify you through your preferred contact method once your vehicle is ready for collection. If any payment is required, you will receive a notification. You have the option to collect your vehicle using the kiosk or speak with our dedicated Castle Hill Renault Service team if you prefer.

Choosing the kiosk check-out? You'll receive a security code to access your Renault vehicle keys from the kiosk locker. Enter the code, retrieve your keys, and find your Renault vehicle conveniently parked in a designated bay.
